Gift cards can be a powerful tool for customer retention and post-purchase engagement. Within Frate, merchants have options to resend gift cards to customers and export gift card data for reporting or reconciliation.

🎁 How to Resend a Gift Card
Sometimes customers lose track of their gift card email or request a resend. Frate makes this simple:
Navigate to the customer’s return in Frate
Click "View Gift Card"
Use the Resend Gift Card option to trigger a new email to the customer.

Customer didn’t receive the original gift card email.
Customer accidentally deleted or lost the email.
You want to provide a fresh send to confirm delivery.
Customer wants to easily access their balance
📊 How to Export Gift Card Data
Merchants may need to export gift card data for accounting, reconciliation, or customer service analysis.
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Go to Products > Gift Cards.
Use the Export option to download gift card records as a CSV.
You can choose to export all gift cards or filter by active/disabled.
Once exported, open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another tool for review.
