How to integrate with Gorgias

Frate requires a Shopify integration to allow access to Shopify order data. Gorgias is required to be installed from within the Frate app.

  1. Open the Frate app from Shopify and navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  1. Click connect on Gorgias Integration and enter the Gorgias subdomain.

  2. Approve permissions by clicking 'Authorize Unapproved App.'

  3. You're now successfully connected!

Returns information relating to customer ticket email.

  1. Click disconnect, and type disconnect into input, then submit.
